Book Review : Cinder By Marissa Meyer
I’m sure
many people have already done this, for this book. This is my first entry in a
blog I hope to continue with each new book I devour.
Cinder is elegant and stunningly visual.
This book has stolen my heart in so many places I’m not sure what to do with my
self.
It has been a long time since I’ve
felt this way about a book. Since I’ve found myself thinking about the
characters and trying to decide if I should put down my own writing and pick up
the pages again.
I felt so connected so quickly to
Cinder, even if the first issue presented wasn’t so big in my own life. She couldn’t
go to a ball. I’m not a “girly” girl, and I don’t think Cinder is much of one
either. That was why I feel in love with her. Because I felt she was like me.
I finally got the end of this book.
I won’t tell you how it ends. Just know if you like this book at the beginning buy
the other book! Don’t be me. Me who was so tired I could hardly see as I drove
in a blizzard to a book store that had ten minutes till close to buy the other
book.
Don’t be me.
More Fun stories to come. If you have a book you'd like me to read, send it my way! Please include the title author and the first book in the series (if it is a series).
Thanks for reading.
